Mi-am luat si eu un pachet de unt si in trei zile l-am dat gatacyclops Parca l-am avut pe necuratul.Si acum ce credeti ca-mi trece prin minte...?Sa-mi iau maine iar,piei stana!hail

Si noi papam unt ocazional.Margarina folosesc la prajituri.Dimineata laptele cu cereale este mancarica noastra preferata.

De obicei, margarina este mai sanatoasa pentru inima decat untul.


Margarina este facuta din uleiuri vegetale, deci nu contine colesterol. Continutul de grasimi “bune” –polinesaturate si mononesaturate –este de asemenea mai mare decat in cazul untului. Aceste tipuri de grasimi contribuie la reducerea nivelului de lipoproteine cu densitate mica (LDL), sau a colesterolului “rau”, atunci cand inlocuiesc grasimile saturate. Pe de alta parte, untul este facut din grasimi animale, fiind bogat in colesterol si grasimi saturate.

Dar nu toate tipurile de margarina sunt la fel, iar unele pot fi chiar mai rele decat untul. Majoritatea margarinelor sunt fabricate printr-o metoda numita hidrogenare, care adauga grasimi trans nesanatoase. In general, cu cat margarina e mai solida, cu atat contine mai multe grasimi trans. La fel ca si grasimile saturate, grasimile trans cresc nivelul colesterolului odata cu riscul bolilor de inima. In plus, grasimile trans pot reduce nivelul de lipoproteine cu densitate mare (HDL), sau a colesterolului “bun”.

Alegeti margarina cu continutul de grasimi trans cel mai scazut si care contine o cantitate maxima de 3 grame de grasimi saturate si trans. Fabricantii sunt obligati sa afiseze grasimile saturate si grasimile trans separat pe ambalajul produselor alimentare.

Unele marci de margarina tartinabila contin esteri de fitosterol, compusi naturali extrasi din plante care reduc nivelul de LDL-colesterol cu 6 pana la 15 procente cand sunt consumati moderat.

Eu am votat untul, nu mai consumam margarina de foarte mult timp. Si unt cumparam rar, eu nu am mai mancat de mult, de fapt nu mai mananc sandwich-uri in ultima vreme si atunci nu imi trebuie unt. Margarina mi se pare foarte nesanatoasa. Cred ca cel mai bine este sa consumi unt cu moderatie.

Ce ma amuza pe mine la producatorii de margarina este ca nu stiu ce sa mai inventeze ca sa te faca sa o cumperi. Dupa margarina cu iaurt!!!, margarina cu gust de x, margarina cu n vitamine... acum a aparut margarina cu unt...fool Mi se pare culmea culmilor!

Ai dreptate Maria & mami despre margarina, eu nu a folosesc deloc ( am renuntat la ea de un an de zile )
Folosesc in schimb o margarina ( mai bine zis un unguent ) facuta pe baza de ulei de masline
Si pentru praituri, nu prepar retete cu unt&margarina.....
Margarina contine grasimi trans ( nu stiu cum se numesc in Rom ) aceste grasim distrug ficatul si favorizeza depunerea grasimii in organism....

Am votat niciunul, nu imi place untul deloc, si copii mei nici nu stiu ce-i aia ras ras ras

Daca manaci o felie de unt in fiecare diminineata,nu inseamna ca te ingrasi.

Vorbim de diete si despre margarina. Am citit peste tot cat de periculoasa este. Stiu ca transforma acizii grasi polinesaturati in saturati, care fac foarte rau organismului. Mai ales daca tineti regim, este bine sa evitati grasimile in general, folosind ce am copiat mai jos de pe http://greutate.ro/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=24&Itemid=33 (Alimente recomandate in dieta)


Grasimi: vor fi reduse la minimum, fiind permise in salate si mancaruri doar cele vegetale, bogate in acizi grasi polinesaturati. De asemenea, e de preferat ca acestea sa fie presate la rece: ulei de porumb, de soia, de masline, de floarea-soarelui. Renuntati complet la margarina de orice fel, fiind un aliment extrem de nociv pentru organism.

e ca si cand m-ar intreba cineva: de ce preferi sa mori? de inima sau de cancer?fool

untul imi place mie mult la gust, dar este foarte nesanatos..cum spunea si kiki..creste nivelul colesterolului..
margarina imi place in piure..dar cum mananc piure din an in paste, nu folosesc nici margarina..dar am in frigider..si cumpar doar Becel de masline pt ca e buna pt inima..dar e cancerigena..deci evit si margarina
in concluzie.. prefer sa ma abtin de la amandoua

Margarina este extrem de nociva, poate am timp intr-o zi sa pun niste articole. De retinut este ca margarina creste indirect nivelul colesterolului mai mult decat o fac grasimile animale! E periculoasa pentru inima, cancerigena si inca cate si mai cate. Este de fapt un plastic lichefiat!!!
Si sa stiti ca nu-i asa de grav sa mananci putin unt din cand in cand. Hai sa fim seriosi, bunicii nostri bagau la greu si unt si smantana si sarmale si sunca cu ceapa si cu branza grasa de capra. Si pana la revolutie noi nu prea aveam obezi in tara!!!
Obezitatea si nivelul colesterolului mare se trag de la alte chestii, de la grasimile trans de exemplu care sunt foarte periculoase si prezente in muuulte muuulte chestii despre care lumea are impresia ca sunt sanatoase.

Cu scuzele de rigoare ca n-am timp sa traduc va pun un articol al unui medic american:


Trans Fat Much Worse for You Than Saturated Fat

This study measured the effect of trans fat, found in fried foods and processed foods such as cookies, crackers and pastries, and of saturated fat, found in meat, butter and some dairy products, on blood vessel function and cholesterol levels.

According to the results, the trans-fat diet reduced blood vessel function by 30% and lowered HDL ("good")-cholesterol levels by about one fifth, compared with the saturated-fat diet. Previous research has shown that trans fats, like saturated fats, also raise LDL ("bad")-cholesterol levels.

This suggests that trans fatty acids increase the risk of heart disease more than the intake of saturated fats.

The major sources of trans fats in our diet are the ready-made baked goods and fried fast foods. These foods are not labeled, so the consumer does not know how much trans fat he gets.

This is not really new information, but some people tend to believe that saturated fat is a great evil. It certainly is not healthy in the large quantities that many people consume it. This is largely related to the foods that the animals that we eat are fed.

However, trans fat in bakery goods are FAR worse than saturated fats.

Well, of course the best option then would be to get the new low trans fat margarines, right?

Guess again. Don't let these companies fool you with their expensive alternatives to the real thing, butter. As I said a few years ago, this new non-trans fat margarine is still liquid plastic. Do you really want a slightly lower cholesterol level with cell membranes that will not function properly???

These plastics were never designed to be in your body. Many of you know I am fond of stating that if you have these or any of the older margarines in your home, you need to seriously reflect on which neighbor or relative that you don't like and give them the margarine. You do NOT want that in your house at all.

One needs to avoid this trans fat at all costs. Aside from margarine there are many hidden sources of trans fat such as many salad dressings, most all crackers, most mayonnaise (grape seed oil type would be the exception) and most all fried foods.

As I said, butter is a better option.
